Vicky Locklear
Founder, PathWays · Certified Career Development Facilitator
I have spent 25 years in education and workforce development across North Carolina. I have taught high school students in Moore and Lee counties, middle school students in Alamance and Guilford counties, and I currently teach high school students virtually statewide. I have directed WIOA-funded career centers serving adults, dislocated workers, and reentry populations. I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration and 64 graduate hours in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University. I built PathWays because after 25 years, I knew exactly what was missing — and exactly how to build it.
